Last Day of the Month

I think, I should at least post once this month and since it is the last day of the month here goes. Well, the family has grown by one more pet, yep we know have a turtle for the summer only. We picked up the Box Turtle off the side of the road. Yes, we are the crazy family that will stop in the middle of the road to pick up turtles. Sometimes we will move them to the other side of the road or take them to a river or lake if we are headed to it. I think keeping the turtle for the summer will be a good experience for the kids, hopefully they will learn how to treat it, clean it's cage and just enjoy watching the turtle do stuff. Well, that is probably enough about the turtle.

Donnita will be out of school on June 2nd and we can not wait. I can tell you Donnita is already wanting to go to her new school next school year. I keep telling her she has to wait til August. Am glad she is ready to start learning again, since her other school has stopped teaching anything on May 26th. Donnit a will have awards day on Monday, so we will hopefully, have some great pictures for Monday.

Mary Ann is still my little daredevil and learning knew ways of getting into trouble. Nothing is save with her around, am starting to wonder if she is part monkey. She will climb almost anything, especially if there is sometime that she wants on the top of it. Mary Ann is learning new words like crazy, I sit here and just wondering were she is getting all the new words from. See when Donnita was little she did not talk much, but now she is proving that she was listening and taking it all in, just look it her grades. So to see Mary Ann go right out and do the oppose it this age of Donnita is amazing. I do not know which will be worse Donnita now is making up for being a quiet baby or Mary Ann that seems like she is never going to be quiet. The teen years are going to be very interesting with these two around.

They might fight some days when the playing gets to hard, but they love each other.

Well, last Wednesday, I went to the doctor for an appointment and got to her the baby's heartbeat. It was hard to get the heartbeat because the baby was moving around in there, but it was really get to hear it for the first time. I go back 4 weeks from last Wednesday for my next appointment. People keep asking me if I know the sex of the baby and people you have to realize it is to early to know, unless we had a CVS test, which is only given for older pregnant ladies. When we found out we will tell if we feel like it, even at the ultrasound we want to found out but it all does with the baby actually wanting us to know. OK, that is enough of my pregnancy rant about what are you having question.

All in all this has been a great month for us as a family, I will try to post more regularly but we shall see what will happen.
