18 Wks and Counting

Yep, another week and no throwing up or a visit to the hospital. I think that is a great accomplishment, for all the histories of my pregnancies. Baby seems to be doing pretty good, kicking and moving, some days more then other days. About two nights ago David was able to tell where the baby was laying, I was getting pampered, by having David rub lotion on my belly(has been itching like crazy lately). That's all to report, nothing new happened with the family.

17 Weeks and Family

This picture as it exactly 17 weeks.

Another week is down only about 25 weeks left. Yes, that adds up to 42, which is actually how long a pregnancy can last. With, my history it is better to count the extra weeks, instead of getting my hopes up of delivering early. Delivering early for me will be only if the doctor decides to give me a break and induce me early. Am still amazed that I have not been sick once during the pregnancy so far. Makes me wonder if not being sick now is going to catch up with me and make me make up for it later. I sure hope not. The LO is moving a lot everyday which makes me feel great and less nervous. If you know my history you know what am talking about. One weeks and one day till my next doctor's appointment, only three more weeks to my ultrasound appointment. Do not mind the finger prints and the toothpaste markings on the mirror, I have been a little behind on cleaning that up, sorry.

The family is a whole is doing great.

David this week is on third, which means I have to keep the kids is quiet is possible and keep them from running down the hallway toward the bedroom. If it was not so muggy outside I could keep the kids outside playing to make sure David gets his sleep, but this morning the humidity was like a 100%, not good it all.

Donnita is doing great in her summer school work. No, this is not required from her school, it is something that me and David agreed needed to be done during the summer. It mainly consist of reading and math, with a little bit of science and social studies. Donnita takes about one hour to two hours to finish all the work. Makes me wonder why the schools can not do more in the time they have during the day.

Mary Ann is also doing great this summer, we are still working on potty training. If we stay out in town she will stay dry and go to the restroom, whenever she needs to. I keep telling everyone if only we could live in town, then she would be fully potty trained. Mary is also speaking more words constantly all the time, am still in awe of the way all my kids learn new things.

Well, we are all doing great. More updates later.

16 WKS Down and proud of Myself

Yep, I have made it to 16 weeks without even getting morning sickness at all. I think my SIL Mary has had enough morning sickness to make up for mine not showing up. I just hope I can keep the good luck of not getting any type of morning sickness, but we will never know until the baby gets here. I just had to blog this since I thought it was such a great thing to me.

Awards Day

Donnita getting her all A's certificate for the nine weeks. The picture is so dark, no matter what camera we use. Has to be the lighting in the cafeteria.

This is her award for having all A average for the whole year. Mary Ann had to join in the fun.

We are so proud of Donnita she has come a long way from the beginning of the school year. Her reading level is out of the world for her. She is actually been tested at a 3rd grade level, but only about two one point from being a fourth grade reading level. Donnita loves to read so I have know probably with that. Tomorrow we finally, get the report card, I only wish they would have gave them today.
